Additionally, on Day 1 we’re hosting a dedicated networking drinks reception onsite from 18.00. And, if you fancy starting your AFA experience on the right foot, come along to the informal 5K Fun Run starting at 6.30 before Day 1 begins. This leisurely jog around the scenic Marina Bay area will give attendees the chance to get to know each other and stretch their legs.

Which awards are handed out at the event?

The inaugural Aviation Festival Asia Awards will honour top performing airports and airlines across sustainability, digitisation, and AI. See the list of nominees here.

Day 2 will close with the Battle of the Airline Apps Asia, pitting Turkish Airlines, Scoot, and Virgin Australia  head-t0-head. This live, on-stage competition will see the airlines pitching their applications to a panel of expert judges, who will decide which offers the best features and UX.

If you’re interested in up-and-coming businesses, don’t forget to attend the Startup Pitch Competition on Day 1. Five of aviation’s hottest startups will present in front of an expert panel to win the coveted trophy and a free booth at next year’s event exhibition.
