At World Aviation Festival, Diane J. Sabatino, Acting Executive Assistant Commissioner of the Office of Field Operations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) joined to discuss how CBP are leveraging biometrics to enhance security and streamline passenger experience.
During the five-minute interview, Diane conveyed the importance of collaboration across stakeholders, a theme that was reflected across her sessions at the World Aviation Festival. Locating CBP as a smaller part of the larger ecosystem, Diane explained the dangers of working in siloes and the ramifications this can have along the entire travel continuum.
