Aviation Festival Americas kicks off this week on 3 June in collaboration with oneworld, Official Alliance Partner of the event.

Executives from across the alliance will be sharing their thoughts on network growth, loyalty, sustainability, airport innovation, and much more. Additionally, we’ll be joined by senior speakers from several member airlines as we address the pressing questions the aviation industry needs to answer right now.

Gilbert Ott, Director, Loyalty at oneworld will be joining an exciting panel discussing how airlines in the Americas can build better relationships with customers. Titled The Loyalty Ecosystem in 2026: Where to Now?, Gilbert will be speaking alongside:
