PKKFARE is an innovative global travel trade marketplace offering air tickets, hospitality, and destination products.

At World Aviation Festival the company’s Senior Vice President & Co-Founder, Jason Sui joined for five minutes to discuss the shifting value of intermediaries as the industry pushes direct bookings and NDC.

Highlighting the continued need for intermediaries, Sui began:

“From my point of view, I think intermediaries are essential because neither the airlines nor the travel sellers are able to quite satisfy the travellers completely. This is because there are some limitations of the IT capabilities from the airline side and limitations of the resources from the travel seller side…”
