Saudi Arabian low-cost carrier (LCC) flynas have launched a ‘Find My View’ tool to help passengers choose their preferred window seat.

Built in partnership with VML Riyadh, the AI-driven seat selector uses advanced machine learning and predictive models to analyse the flynas network. The bespoke solution highlights notable scenery and potential views a passenger could experience at their time of travel, including sunrises, sunsets, mountain ranges, and iconic landmarks.

To use the tool, passengers must enter their points of departure and arrival. The website will then take them to a screen displaying seat availability. By clicking on the window seats, customers can browse real photos captured by other travellers to see what they might experience on their joruney.

Yara AlMashharawi, Head of Marketing and Branding for flynas, said:

‘Find My View’ completely redefines what it means to choose a seat on a plane. Instead of hoping you picked the right side of the aircraft, you deliberately choose the view you want, powered by AI. For a low-cost carrier to give passengers that level of control, personalisation and in‑flight spectacle is a radical shift.

iras Ghannam, Executive Creative Director at VML Riyadh, added:

The ambition was to turn a functional choice into an emotional one by combining data, AI technology and creativity in a way that reimagines the humble seat map. ‘Find My View’ proves that innovation in travel is not only about speed and efficiency, but also about designing moments worth capturing and sharing.
