Capitalising on the increase in inbound demand, Japan Airlines has upgraded its inbound dynamic package platform, making ticket sales more customer-focused and seamless.
The “Japan Airlines Vacations” website enables passengers to combine round-trip international air tickets, connecting domestic air tickets, 5,000 hotels, and a range of activities into a single purchase.
Yesterday, it was announced the website has been redesigned for a more user-friendly experience including several new features to streamline the travel planning process. These include:

The press release also explained:
“To help customers easily find their ideal packages, the website now features a quick view for detailed information on accommodations and activities, and a filter function for easy searches by category, such as ski packages and entertainment facilities, offering a rich line up of options. These enhancements make the booking process smoother and faster.”
