Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) has announced the launch of a new digital platform “aviio.” The platform is built around elevating situational awareness across internal and external stakeholders.
For passengers, it is set to “revolutionise the airport experience” giving passengers access to real-time updates on information from across the airport including security checks, wait times, gate changes, and baggage collection.
For the airport, aviio works as a digital backbone for further transformation initiatives, assisting with capacity planning, optimising operations, and “real-time resource management.”
Operating seven airports across India, AAHL is aspiring to set a new standard for airport operations management and passenger experience. Speaking on the launch, Arun Bansal, CEO, AAHL said:
“The most important impact of aviio would be on passenger journeys, this app is all set to transform the way passengers transit through our airports. This initiative commits to help AAHL improve our capacity planning, operational efficiencies and real-time resource management. Over time, it will help us onboard new additions to the portfolio for multi-airport governance and enable a sustained impact on top line.”
AAHL also shared a short video introducing aviio on LinkedIn, watch it here now.
