The ASQ Customer Experience Awards, run annually by Airports Council International (ACI), have named the world’s leading airports across a range of categories. Surveying 700,000 passengers, including through onsite interviews, ASQ’s thorough methodology has made recognition by the Awards highly coveted.
The 2026 edition covered more than 400 airports across 110 countries. Overall recognition was awarded to airports in the top 20%, with honourees divided by region as well as by size. Additional awards for Most Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airports recognise the top 5% of airports in these categories.
