At World Aviation Festival, Mario Louca, Managing Director, Aviation, Eviden and Guido van der Sluis – Global Offering Manager Retail In-Store Digitalization joined for a brief conversation about emerging technologies in airport spaces and the future of airport retail.

“It’s all about passenger experience passenger and convenience. So we see three elements on that which is personalisation, convenience, and speed. Autonomous store play an essential role in because it enables consumers to complete a shop fast and allows for dynamic store contents which also enables retailers to generate more revenue. Innovations in these technologies will advance over time…”
