Major milestone in pandemic recovery: DXB passenger traffic

Dubai International (DXB), the city’s main airport has reported its passenger traffic in the first half of the year surpassed 2019 levels. This marks a major milestone in the pandemic recovery.

As the world’s busiest international airport, this achievement not only indicates Dubai’s resilience but highlights the robust demand for travel globally.

DXB’s H1 traffic reached 41.6m guests, up 49.1% compared to 27.9m recorded in H1 2022.
