Lukas Kaestner, Co-Founder & CCO Sustainable Aero Lab is joining World Aviation Festival next month, moderating several sessions across the Sustainability, and Digital IT tracks.

Kaestner pointed out that when it comes to headlines, sustainability and digital IT are often front and centre.  IT outages impact passengers immediately and sustainability is becoming increasingly prominent. Expressing his concern, Kaestner said:

“The house isn’t on fire yet, but that’s going to change.”

Discussing the event, Kaestner said there will be a common thread across the sessions he is joining. They will have honest, realistic conversations looking at tackling challenges and implementing tech. Additionally, there will be a focus on the different parties that are involved and who will act first. Essentially, “who are the parties involved, who needs to act with whom and when?”

Watch the five-minute interview below to learn more about what to expect, and gain some key insight from Kaestner.
