Qatar Airways has launched a creative new campaign simultaneously highlighting its customer-centric ethos and its commitment to innovation.
The airline recently released a new global ‘AI Adventure’ film (below) featuring two main characters that spend months narrowly missing one another in locations around the world, but are finally reunited at Singapore’s Changi Airport.
While the short video is “emotive” in itself, the magic comes when you position yourself as “the star.” Using cutting-edge AI technology, you can put yourself in leading roles across multiple scenes. After uploading a photo, advanced tech creates an “accurate reflection of the viewer’s appearance, adapting to their facial features and skin tone,” according to the airline’s press release.

Speaking on the new campaign, Qatar Airways Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Corporate Communications, Mr. Babar Rahman, said:
“We have been able to encapsulate our vision as an industry leader in innovation. Crafting an immersive brand experience where everyone can be the stars, has allowed us to create uniquely personalised connections with our audiences, ensuring every moment is truly unforgettable.”
