Changi “reshapes the work experience for business travellers” with new partnership
Since the pandemic, traditional understandings of business travel have undergone a transition. This is not to say that business travel has disappeared in its entirety; however, it is morphing, merging into the “bleisure” passenger and its likes. One recurring theme that is common across business and leisure travel is the demand for flexibility.
As a business hub, Singapore’s Changi Airport is tapping into this demand when it comes to work and travel. Changi Airport Group (CAG), partnered with JustCo, a flexible workspace provider in Asia, to launch Asia’s first pay-per-minute co-working centre in an airport.
JustCo Changi Airport T3, the first JustCo centre with round-the-clock co-working access will use a pay-per-minute pricing model to offer a convenient place to work for few hours or even just a few minutes.

Kong Wan Long, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, JustCo explained this will:
“Reinvent the work–life harmony experience for frequent business travellers and digital nomads. We are offering a convenient and cost– effective workspace solution to travellers and patrons of Changi Airport, regardless of their length of stay. [The space] will reshape the work experience for business travellers who need a conducive space to work in between flight transits, or for digital nomads looking for a relaxing work environment.”
The area will have around 50 hot-desk workstations, private office suites, work lounge, meeting rooms with video conferencing tools, quiet nooks, and collaboration areas.
As international business travel recovers and passengers continue to blur the lines between business and leisure travel, the introduction of a pay-per-minute workspace appeals to a wide spectrum of passengers, particularly in this business hub.
