Interview with Richard Nuttall, CEO of SriLankan Airlines – Tech, sustainability, and passenger expectations

At Aviation Festival Asia, Richard Nuttall, CEO of SriLankan Airlines joined for an interview to discuss technology, sustainability, passenger expectations, and more.

The airline CEO highlighted the significance of tech in enabling sustainable growth for the airline, from efficiency on board to gains with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Nuttall also identified a series of ways that passenger expectations have evolved over the last few years resulting in a high demand for convenience, personalisation, and efficiency across the journey.
